Hospital Choices pursue a policy of adopting plain English for all its contractual correspondence. Accordingly this document details what Hospital Choices will create and maintain for the Client together with payment terms and liabilities.

Hospital Choices obligations upon receipt of an order from the Client

• Hospital Choices will upload the Client's details onto the site within the appropriate category heading.
• Hospital Choices will provide an on-line link to the Client's website where applicable and create an email link to cater for further enquiries where applicable.
• Hospital Choices will maintain and service the Client's entry on the site on a continuous basis for the period of the contract.
• Hospital Choices will actively promote the site on a National and International basis
• Hospital Choices allows for a maximum of 1% outage per annum for technical and administrative servicing of the site.

Client's obligation to supply information and material
As the Internet is a dynamic medium it is expected that the Client will wish to update their contact details and information regularly and will be supplied a username and password in order to do so online. The Client will supply all connection details to his website together with a statement of the healthcare services on offer.

Tracking and Monitoring
Hospital Choices will use independent tracking and monitoring software to gauge visits to the Clients website.

Payment
If the client is paying via PayPal, upon receipt of this non-refundable payment by PayPal, Hospital Choices will create the link and coding system and issue the relevant password and ID.

If the Client is paying offline, Hospital Choices will immediately invoice the client for the full amount and upon payment will create the link and coding etc.

Liabilities
Should the Client's link be inaccessible due to a technical problem on the website and providing Hospital Choices are informed of this service interruption in writing or e-mail within 7 days, then the period of the link will be recompensed by extended service on a day for day basis.

Limit of Liability
Hospital Choices shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use or misuse of the Client's entry and the link. Hospital Choices entire liability shall be limited to the fee. Hospital Choices is not responsible for any transaction conveyed between the Client and a third party and is not responsible for any contractual obligations so established.
